About the Job
We are looking for a top-performing, creative, and committed Intern with openness to learning and a passion for learning enabling social impact. This agenda should be backed by interests in strategic communication, partnership building, liaison and research.
Our new team member will be based in Ahmedabad and will be working on-site from our office, and hybrid on pre-approved days. The intern will be entitled to help support and grow our project portfolio, spanning various areas and clients, such as pharmaceutical companies, pharmacy stores, care homes, hospitals, international corporations, global foundations, healthcare stakeholders, and social impact initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Our people play leading roles in project conceptualization and delivery, stakeholder management, as well as research and analysis.
- Your responsibilities will quickly grow with performance. Previous project engagements span across designing and facilitating multi-stakeholder convenings, enabling tech for good, validating product-market fit, strategic market research, and business growth activities.
- Across all projects, you will work closely with the founding team on the growth and partnerships funnel and interact directly with our clients and partners nationally and internationally.
- We prioritize your individual learning journey and will carefully nurture your professional growth via mentoring and tailored project work.
- Working at Redicine Medsol, you will have access to weekly check-ins with your designated mentor, enabling you to scope your short and long-term goals and establish ways of implementing them throughout your internship.
- Redicine Medsol has offices in India and Singapore. In India, you will become part of the Growth team and help build and grow our presence in the Indian markets.
- One of your first tasks is the successful development and management of the local & national partners.

Your main tasks will include the following:
- Developing and executing impactful communication across different internal/client/ partner audiences at national and global levels.
- Actively participating and making notes during meetings (online and offline).
- Contribute to growing Redicine Medsol’s project portfolio and network of partners and clients.
- Strategic relationship management and utilizing your creative horizons to conceptualize innovative ideas for business growth.

- Excellent at communication and love thinking like an entrepreneur.

- You are motivated by promoting the use of innovative thinking to advance social impact.
- Strategic in your approach to problem-solving but are also pragmatic and able to implement it in practice.
- Experience working with stakeholders across sectors and/or geographies and possess a readiness to challenge established agendas to maximize the business parallel to the potential impact.
Duration
- This role is ideal for full-time candidates only. The joining happens from either mid-May or June 1st at the latest, for the duration of 2 to 2.5 months.
Location & Working Hours
- Our current opportunity is in Ahmedabad.
- The working days are Monday to Saturday each week.
- We are a start-up and would love to welcome you to a vibrant work culture. This role is for a minimum of 2 months, with the possibility of a PPO based on the performance.
