NSRCEL is the start-up incubator of IIM Bangalore. Over 585+ ventures have gone through the Incubation Programme and another 1300+ ventures have taken our Launchpad Program. NSRCEL is deeply committed to mobilizing the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country to foster innovation and economic growth.
NSRCEL is also supported by NITI Aayog, Department of Science and Technology and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
Additionally, NSRCEL has partners with corporates like Goldman Sachs, ICICI Securities, Maruti Suzuki, Capgemini and Kotak Mahindra Bank among others to support entrepreneurs in focused sectors like mobility, fintech, and social entrepreneurship.

What you will be doing?
Team and Program
- 1. Manage a team of 5 – 7 professionals to identify, evaluate, engage, support, nurture, monitor approx. 400 high growth potential mid-scale ventures led by women from across the country.
- 2. Ensure that the program runs smoothly, thereby, planning and executing a variety of tasks (including program operations, budget management, structuring mentoring and knowledge sessions, stakeholder management, organizing events, and ecosystem stakeholder engagement and others as required).
- 3. Help the team build their capacities to deliver a successful program with minimum mistakes, deviations, and lags under strict deadlines and help them navigate program challenges and the uncertainties.
- 4. Support in creating processes, document best practices and success stories, monitor impact metrics and growth, generate reports to further improve the program.
- 5. Bring newer concepts, ideas, global best practices, and knowledge to the table to develop a better program design / architecture for the target beneficiaries.
- 6. Develop, suggest, and implement strategies and tactical solutions for the problem areas, keeping a human centric and problem centric approach.
- 7. Enhance the brand visibility of the program, facilitate network connections, backward and forward integrations, fundraising opportunities to the beneficiaries and celebrate the achievements.
- 8. Stay abreast of the latest courses, programs, investments, developments, policies regarding women entrepreneurship and associated from both India and abroad.
- 9. Work with the internal cross-functional teams to synergize efforts towards entrepreneurial growth and become champions of NSRCEL.
What will you need to bring to the table?
- Have an experiment-led, learning mindset, ready to explore
- Collaborative self-starter with the ability to make connections quickly, build trust and work as a team player
- Ability to flex continuously between the strategic and tactical or conceptualising and execution
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Have a Masters’ degree with overall experience of 5 – 7 years in the relevant field
- Having a PMP or project management certification or/ and experience

- Have run a large scale incubator or accelerator program or have worked with startups or have been an entrepreneur yourself
- Worked with women entrepreneurs or in relevant field
