We are seeking an intern for Program Management in our Offline Business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for offline clinics expansion, a lot of ground level problem-solving, vendor development & management. This role will also give a direct exposure of setting up the business from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new clinic sites
- Build, negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of launching of the clinics
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage day to day operations for 8-10 clinics by leading a team of patient care coordinators
- Managing roster for doctors and care coordinators effectively
- Ensuring target for operational metrics are met consistently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Keen interest in Operations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
