Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Lead and participate in a variety of complex job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization within Development Programs
- Identify and research job assignments for classroom training and operational assignments that require research and evaluation
- Present recommendations for improvements on Development Programs while developing understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Determine requirements for each activity
- Make recommendations to optimize programs accordingly while identifying and resolving issues
- Collaborate and consult with peers, program leaders, program participants
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment
Requirements:
- Work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
