- Experience: This role is best suited for individuals with 5+ years of relevant experience and the candidate will be based out of Mumbai.
- Probation period: 3 months

The Role – Program Associate (Your core duties)
We see this role as being a catalyst towards ensuring the successful execution of projects and strengthening the stakeholder network that TribesforGOOD is working towards building.
- Translate TribesforGOOD’s strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing the organization’s strategy.
- Managing your team and ensuring the team’s productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
- Weekly in-person field visits in Mumbai to conduct training programs. Planning and Implementation of project activities in the field with the trainers and operations team.
- Assist CEO in partnership and business development to meet Goals of 2023-2024
- Identify areas/ collaborate with communities to start new campaigns.
- Build networks with local Government departments and start our educational programs in schools.
- Maintain all records and documentation related to project implementation right from beneficiary to field/community.
What are we looking for? (Our Requirements)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience
- People’s person: You love talking to people and it comes easily to you. You love listening to people.
- Hustler: Your friends would describe you as a hustler and loves to work on multiple projects
- Having strong planning skills: You love a schedule and are able to plan your work around it and even push the organisation in implementing strong processes.
- You have a natural comfort with ambiguity and decision-making in the absence of perfect information.
- Growth based mindset: You are extremely comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, learning-based environment.
Compensation
- Annual package of 6.5 lakhs – 7.8 lakhs commensurate with skill and experience + variable (INR 50,000)
