About the job
- Location: South Extension-II or Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
- Office Timings: Monday-Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Tenure of Internship: 3 Months
- Stipend: Upto to 15,000 INR
What we want:
- As an operations intern at Aweri Foods, you’re in for an exciting ride! You won’t just learn; you’ll dive into real operational action. Work alongside pros, handle various aspects of daily operations, and be a key part of our dynamic operational processes.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Research and identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and maintain a comprehensive supplier database.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure competitiveness in pricing and sourcing strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Support logistics operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
- Engage with customers to address inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, marketing, and quality, to support overall business objectives.
What you bring:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (business, supply chain management, or a related field).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
