About the role:
You will be responsible for managing SMS, WhatsApp, Email & Social media campaign execution to engage target audience and drive desired outcomes.
Expectations/ Requirements:
- MIS / Reports for clients
- Technical Support Calls
- Technical Support Email
- Troubleshooting customer technical issues and problems.
- Remote installations.
- Level 1 & 2 Support
- Provide Investigation, diagnosis, resolution and ticket analysis.
- Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue & service ensuring that they receive.
- Resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
- Training.
Qualification :
- Any Bachelor or master degree.
