About the Positions
1. Program Manager
- Location: Vijayawada
Requirement
- Postgraduate or equivalent in management or social sciences
- Min 5 Years of experience in public education system management and reform
- Experience of leading at least 3 large scale system level projects in public education
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement organizational development strategies
- Facilitate Leadership and capacity development workshops for schools leadership
- Develop report on annual capacity building
- Identify timelines, resources and prepare institutional transformation roadmap
- Strengthen annual work plan and budgets processes
- Build and sustain strong profession relationship with government and partner organizations
2. Program Leader
- Location: Vijayawada
Requirement
- Postgraduate or equivalent in management or social sciences
- Min 3 years of experience in implementing school system strengthening initiatives
- 2-year experience of designing and facilitating school leadership programs
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement organizational development strategies
- Facilitate Leadership and capacity development workshops for schools leadership
- Develop report on annual capacity building
- Identify timelines, resources and prepare institutional transformation roadmap
- Strengthen annual work plan and budgets processes
- Build and sustain strong profession relationship with government and partner organizations
