About the Opportunity
The National Horticulture Board, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India is looking for young and dynamic people for the Young Professional position.
Age Limit:
- Candidates must be under 35 years old as of the final date applications were accepted.
Essential Qualification:
- Graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture with Post Graduation in Horticulture/Post-Harvest Technology/Agriculture Economics/Agriculture Engineering/Post-harvest Management /Food Technology/Food Sciences from the recognized University. Or
- Graduate in Horticulture/Agriculture with MBA in Agribusiness.
- Candidates should have proficiency in handling Computer (MS Office, PowerPoints, Excel, etc.)
- Desirable: Post-qualification experience in the relevant field as prescribed in the job description below.

Work Experience:
- Minimum of one year of work experience relevant to the job description.
- Preference will be given to persons with work experience in the relevant field supported by published work/policy papers/appraisal/monitoring of projects & schemes etc.
Salary of Young Professionals
- A fixed monthly remuneration of 50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) shall be paid.
