1.Communication Manager [Offsite/WFH]
Self Reliant India is looking for a dedicated communications Manager to join our team. The communications Manager will support our internal and external communications strategy, write and disseminate publicity material, respond to inquiries from the public and media, and coordinate promotional events. To succeed as a communications Manager, you should be able to think creatively, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role may include some overtime as well as occasional weekend work. We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once.

2.Curriculum & Content Lead
Self Reliant India is looking for a Content and Curriculum Lead to help in the development of appropriate curriculum for our kids and acting as a point of contact between different agencies and the organization. The person should be responsible for developing, researching and monitoring the content creation process, Creation of Teacher Training Modules to support their In-class Activities, Mentoring and creating growth plans for Fellows, Developing Modules & execution plans of other In-School activities (Library, Assembly and SMC), Lead and Represent the organization on different platforms, and working closely with staff and other stakeholders (Govt. Departments, Teachers, Parents and Community) to develop and execute effective processes. The selected Individual will also be responsible for designing the training sessions and developing work schedules for the Fellows and Team. This role may include some overtime as well as occasional weekend work. We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.

3. Program Coordinator- Almora/Haldwani & Dehradun (UK)
Self Reliant India is looking for a Program Coordinator to help manage different learning centers and fellows of a District. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the different processes at learning centers, Monitoring Youth Fellows/Teachers, Developing and executing Weekly Planning by Fellows/Teachers, and working closely with staff and other stakeholders (Govt. Departments, Teachers, Parents, and Community) to develop and execute effective processes. The selected individual will also be responsible for arranging staff and Fellow training sessions and developing work schedules for the Fellows. This job may include some overtime as well as occasional weekend work. We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.
