- Education: Minimum 6 years of work experience with Post Graduation in Agri- business Management/ Food Technology/ Forestry Management/ Rural Management/ Allied sectors
- Experience:
- Should have minimum 5 years’ experience of working on projects related to value addition, processing of MFPs/ tribal products
- Should have experience of working with tribal gatherers/ groups for setting up of MFP/ tribal products value chain and enterprises
- Experience of working with State Tribal Welfare Department/ Forest Development Departments/ related State Organizations

Retail Marketing Specialist (with Marketing and Merchandizing Expertise)
- Education:Minimum 6 years of work experience with Post Graduation in Marketing/ Business Management/ Supply Chain/ Allied Sectors
- Experience:
- Should have more than 5 years of experience in retail marketing of textiles/ handicrafts/ handlooms/ other similar products
- Experience of setting up of supply chain network and logistics for such products
- Should have experience in stock keeping and inventory management Experience of working with buyers, traders, and other merchandizers
IT & Systems Expert
- Education:Minimum 6 years of work experience with Graduation/ Post Graduation in Engineering/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ MCA/ Allied Fields.
- Experience:
- Should have more than 5 years’ experience of working with IT systems, dashboards etc. for implementing Government programs/ Scheme.
- Have experience of working in IT applications and support for implementation of Central / State Government programs.
- Should have experience of developing an E Commerce Portal and implementing the same.
MFP Marketing Expert
- Education:Minimum 6 years of work experience with Graduation/ Post Graduation in Marketing/ Business Management/ Retail Management/ Allied Fields
- Experience:
- Should have more than 5 years’ experience in working with MFP / Agri and its value- added products
- Should have experience of working for developing marketing linkages of FPOs/ SHGs/ Tribal Groups
Retail Sector Expert
- Education:Minimum 6 years of work experience with Post Graduation in Marketing/ Business Management/ Supply Chain/ Allied Sectors
- Experience:
- Should have more than 3 years’ experience of working with retail marketing networks, traders, distributors etc.
- Should have experience of handling supply chains and establishing retail networks.
Value Addition & Convergences Expert
- Education:Minimum 6 years of work experience with Graduation / PostGraduation in Engineering/ Finance/ Project Management/ Supply chain management.
- Experience:
- Should have experience of providing consultancy in financial planning, financial analysis and budgeting of a project.
- Should have worked in sectors pertaining to food and beverages industry, food processing parks, Supply chain management and agriculture practice.
Social Media Expert
- Education: Minimum 6 years of work experience with Graduation / Post-Graduation in Marketing/ Business Management with special focus on social media or e-publicity/e-branding.
- Experience: Should have experience in running Digital and Social Media campaigns/ Communications/ Promotions, branding activities, Social Media boosts, e-Marketing.
