Ripples of Change Foundation (ROCF), is hiring for Fundraising Manager, Program Manager, Content Writer and Admin cum Account Assistant.

About the Organisation

ROCF was established as an NGO in September 2018 as a Section 8 company. ‘Solve that one
problem that solves all’ forms the foundation of our thinking leading us to evolve solutions for the society to thrive in a world of constant, rapid and exponential change with balanced outcomes.

The mission is to support purpose-driven community initiatives, using aggregation to strengthen self-reliance, equal opportunity, wellness, conscious living, and environmental coherence, and catalyzing waves of oneness that can ripple across generations.

Focus is primarily in the sphere of education, life-skills, environment, health & wellness and ecopowerment. In furtherance to our objective of supporting emerging social challenges, our incubation hub will strive towards nurturing, designing and building innovative, sustainable and scalable solutions that outpace problems to solve society’s most pressing needs and maximize the social impact. The ecopowerment programs will build skills among the people across all echelons of society by emphasizing on market need approach and thereby connecting people and enterprise to market and work force opportunities.

Positions

1. Admin cum Accounts Assistant:

  • Eligibility:
    • Any graduate degree preferably in accounts.
    • Fresher or 2 years experience is desirable.

2. Content Writer

  • Eligibility:
    • MA in English/communication/ journalism or experience in Curriculum Development, Education, Training, Organizational Development or business is desired.
    • 3-6 years of work experience is desirable.

3. Program Manager

  • Educational Qualification: Masters/PG Diploma/M.Phil. or equivalent degree in social work, sociology, rural development, business management or similar fields.
  • Work Experience: 6-10 years predominantly in the rural development sector especially in areas like Education, Life Skills, Health and Wellness, Economic Empowerment, and Environment.

4. Fundraising Manager

  • A Master’s in Sales/Marketing and/or equivalent in an associated field from a reputed institute is desired. MSW is a plus.
  • Work experience of 6-10 years in the areas of Grants Proposals/Fundraising/ Resource Mobilization in the NGO sector and/ or CSR, business development/ marketing role in the corporate sector, grant agencies, government, and development agencies at the national and local level.
