- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to prepare relevant dashboards.
- MIS Reporting and Excel
- Opportunity to be part of the HR Shared Services serving pan Genpact.
- The incumbent would work very closely with business and IT teams to prepare relevant dashboards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate from any stream can apply
Preferred skill:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Data Management/MIS Skills (HR MIS reporting will be an added advantage)
- Excellent MS Excel Skills (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, logical formulas, etc.)
- A team player, ready to work under strict timelines and deliver quality output
- Good oral and written communication skills
