As a Junior Associate – Management Trainee in Talent Management, you’ll embark on a transformative journey that propels your career within the first year. Here’s what you can expect:
Training and Onboarding:
Within your initial 3 months, you will undergo a comprehensive probationary period. This includes a 1-week initial training program, followed by a month of service-specific training accompanied by assessments. During this period, you will shadow various specialists within our organization to gain insight into the inner workings of an international company. You will also acquire in-depth knowledge of our company policies, protocols, and processes.
Specialization and Growth:
Between 3 to 6 months, you will transition into a full-fledged, full-time HR specialist. Your grasp of various HR facets will be honed, and you will be assigned to a specialization that aligns with your interests and strengths. This specialization will present you with the opportunity to excel and contribute significantly to that specific area of our organization.
Autonomy and Expertise:
After a year, you will be expected to take on more independent roles within the organization. You’ll become the champion of the specific area you’ve been specializing in, responsible for its growth and development.
Areas of Exposure:
Throughout your journey, you will gain exposure to a range of HR and Talent Management areas, including:
- End-to-end recruitment processes, encompassing manpower planning and skill set metrics creation.
- Progressive internal communication channels.
- Employer branding practices in the Philippines, India, and the US.
- Engagement in multi-country recognition and rewards programs through digital platforms.
- Utilizing data for informed HR decision-making.
- Participation in top-notch engagement activities and surveys.
- Understanding legal cases and procedures.
- Implementing a performance management system across different departments.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Location within Delhi NCR.
- Prior internship experience in a BPO or international company is preferred.
