Job Summary: Knowledge Analyst for KM Products & Services

The Knowledge Analyst role encompasses timely delivery of end-to-end Knowledge Management (KM) products and services, including content, community, and culture, following the domain’s integrated knowledge plan. Collaborating closely with the Domain KM team, this position fulfills the globally funded KM services remit. Furthermore, engagement with account and market segment KM opportunities, delivered via Insights Plus on a fee-for-service basis, is anticipated.

EY Knowledge boasts standardized products, methods, and templates for consistent client experiences, enhanced quality, reduced duplication, and ongoing innovation. This role facilitates KM product and service delivery aligned with the value chain and relevant RACI. The role drives the elevation of ideas to streamline, simplify, and enhance business impact and efficiency.

The Knowledge Analyst, with a primary domain focus, actively engages in cross-domain, transformational, and service excellence initiatives. Success is gauged by domain KM priorities achievement and contributions to KM expectations. KM analytics are harnessed to present novel ideas, reflecting a “continuous improvement” mindset, and fostering high-performance teamwork.

Purpose of the Job:

  • Deliver KM products & services aligned with KM expectations and value chain/RACI for the designated domain.
  • Optimize knowledge submissions against standards/governance, monitor and enhance content accuracy.
  • Review post-published content aligned with domain priorities.
  • Execute regular site updates per Discover suite sustain plan.
  • Engage endorsed networks and communities, adhering to guidance from Domain KM lead.
  • Generate user analytics and content metric reports aligned with the knowledge plan.
  • Demonstrate collaboration across the KM team and adhere to consistent methods and standards.
  • Participate in cross-domain programs and transformation projects driving business impact and KM evolution.
  • Foster effective cross-geographical and cross-cultural collaboration.

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

  • Apply EY Next Wave Strategy and Knowledge Priorities to guide actions.
  • Understand and translate end-to-end KM services to role responsibilities.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Experience in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
  • Collaborative and consultative mindset for effective teamwork and independent work.
  • Build an internal network to support domain and business objectives.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, conveying knowledge programs effectively.
  • Proficiency in the assigned knowledge domain (service line, sector, or geography).
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Post-Graduation/University degree, preferably in Business/Operations/Digital Marketing.
  • Additional courses/degree are a plus.

Experience:

  • 18-24 Months of knowledge management or equivalent experience.
  • Summer Training/Internship with the professional service industry.
