RightWalk is recruiting a high performing team for leading and executing a large project with Govt of Uttar Pradesh in the field of Education, Skills and Livelihood. The JDs and link to apply for various positions are below
1. Manager, Stakeholder Relations (Industries and Government)
The position reports to the Program Director and is responsible to coordinate and liaise with stakeholders across different levels on driving implementation of the program. The position holder will support in maintaining relations with all stakeholders working closely with the State Government. The individual will be responsible for maintaining communication with the stakeholders (Government, industries (large and MSMEs), Industry Associations, donors and beneficiaries), sharing regular updates and reports.
2. Manager, Communications
The Manager, Communications & Head of Digital Marketing will work with the Senior Management overseeing Strategic Communications on planning and implementation of RWF’s stakeholder communications and outreach. In addition, he/she will be responsible for managing all communication channels of the organisation and positioning it as an influencer and implementer of public policies promoting equity, inclusion and justice. This role involves working with teams across RWF’s key focus areas. This role will report to the CEO.

3.Program Manager (Education)
The position will work in close coordination with the Senior Program Manager and will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a Government program at State level. S/he will also drive setting up of a robust governance structure while working closely with the Samagra Shiksha, UP. The person will spend significant proportion of time at government office working directly with senior bureaucratic leadership in the state. This is a great opportunity to work in public policy implementation in a state as large and diverse as Uttar Pradesh and impact lives of millions of children from vulnerable communities. The position will be based in Lucknow.
4. Grant Writer
The Grant Writer will work with the Senior Management and Communication team to prepare proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts and obtaining approvals. This role involves working with teams across RWF’s key focus areas. This role will report to the Strategy & Communication team.

5. Associate, Office of CEO
The Executive office of the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and Executive Team and managing the organisation’s office operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
6. Head, Digital Marketing
The Head of Digital Marketing will work in close collaboration with Communication Manager and drive digital marketing including social media, SEO, website content etc for the programs run by the organisation as well as the organisation itself.
