Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintain, manage and update data within SAP System for all DTTL’s business.
- Work closely with stakeholders to capture data, look at current and historical data and identify gaps/recommendations for improving the data.
- Evaluate and validate multiple reports from the online and offline data sources to conduct data analyses
- Ability to learn new technology and enhancement within the existing system to bring in process improvements
- Work with the team for development and rollout of automated solutions within Data Management, which will include working closely with the Technology team.
- Maintain data dictionary, terminology and other documentation associated with Data Management
- Be back up to team members, offer recommendations and opinions on what can be improved and implemented to achieve the efficiency within Data Management
- Having full knowledge and expertise about the complete lifecycle of HR is critical in this role.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred: Master’s Degree
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Moderate Excel and PPT skills (lookups, dashboard building, graphing, visualization)
- Understanding of HR technology, systems, HR data and reporting
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Keen on learning about each of our complex businesses and interacting with the clients
- Ability to deliver information in a presentation to a client in a clear and concise manner
- Experience creating compelling presentations
- Superior language proficiency in English
- Strong tool knowledge and functionality understanding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
