Job Description
Take2, started in 2018 in HSBC Software Development Center India Pvt. Ltd., was envisioned to provide opportunities for women professionals who had taken a break from work, to restart their careers. Since the launch of the programme, 135 professionals have found opportunities at HSBC Software Development Center India Pvt. Ltd.
We made this programme gender-agnostic (open to all genders) last year, in the true spirit of inclusion, and help nurture a more gender balanced workplace in HSBC. Last year, 21% of the new joiners recruited through the 2021 edition are men, who too had taken career breaks.
Candidates from Take2 undergo a developmental internship programme for twelve weeks, and work on live projects where they can contribute with their prior experience and skills. A specially curated hyper personalised learning programme helps smoothen the transition back to work. They will also be assigned a buddy and a mentor to help them understand workplace systems, processes, and HSBC values better.
Applications are being accepted for positions across a range of technical areas including, but not limited to core engineering, ETL tools, UI developer, Scrum master, Business analysis, Project Management, Full stack developer, Application support, Hadoop, Java, Testing (Automation), Python, etc.

- Take2 is open for those who have a career break of 1-7 years from full-time work, with a minimum work experience of 2 years.
