About the role:

INDmoney is looking for a high energy individual for the role of “People Strategy” in the Founders Office working with the Chief Of Staff. The individual will focus on building out strategies for increasing productivity, execution velocity and at the same time use people analytics to develop the most optimal organization structures and scaled performance management programs. This role is an intersection of execution, business, strategy and people. Two key numerical metrics that the individual will focus are a) Employee NPS and b) Org OKR’s.

This profile will transform into the role of a Business Head in the future. It is the perfect role for someone who enjoys “multi tasking”, “program management”, “problem solving” and setting up “scaled processes” and has clear aspirations to be an entrepreneur.

The ideal individuals should be highly data oriented with massive bias for action. They should be self-motivated, with the ability to execute efficiently on multiple simultaneous threads and at the same time be comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the employee NPS metric. Work with the “Chief of Staff” to build out strategies to make the organization highly performant.
  • Drive quarterly OKR’s and performance management systems. Also drive percolation of the same.
  • Use analytics and data to drive effective development of a) Key hiring plans b) Organization models and structures c) Employee NPS improvement. d) Process improvement.
  • Design an effective employee engagement strategy to support the goals and vision of our people strategy and operating plan
  • Engage with the leaders to develop their team’s people strategy and goals.
  • Dive deep into the business drivers and levers so as to intersect the same with people strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience in consulting
  • Comp Science Engineering Degree/ MBA/ Bachelors from top tier institutes. Distinguished performance at a top university.
  • Strong Project management skills : Ability to track multiple projects or priorities at once.
  • Extremely strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Should be able to juggle many projects at once.
  • Ability to to indirectly influence people
  • Excellent oral and written communications.
  • High energy and high ownership individual with an entrepreneurial zeal.
