About the Organisation:

Hudson’s Bay, known colloquially and operating online as The Bay, is a Canadian luxury goods department store chain. It is the flagship brand of the Hudson’s Bay Company, the oldest and longest-surviving company in North America as well as one of the oldest continuously operating companies in the world.

Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Support Stores with seasonal recruitment needs
  • Toggle and use the Taleo recruitment system, GSuite, and other software as required
  • Provide excellent Customer Service when responding to inquiries via email
  • Provide compliance reporting and follow up
  • Support company HR initiatives and programs
  • Take on additional projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in post-secondary education preferably in Human Resources, Retail, or Business Management
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel)
  • Good to have: Experience working with Oracle Taleo HCM recruiting
