About the Organisation:

Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Support Stores with seasonal recruitment needs
- Toggle and use the Taleo recruitment system, GSuite, and other software as required
- Provide excellent Customer Service when responding to inquiries via email
- Provide compliance reporting and follow up
- Support company HR initiatives and programs
- Take on additional projects as needed
Requirements:
- Enrolled in post-secondary education preferably in Human Resources, Retail, or Business Management
- Good knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel)
- Good to have: Experience working with Oracle Taleo HCM recruiting
