MongoDB is growing rapidly and seeking a Data Engineer to be a key contributor to the overall internal data platform at MongoDB. You will build data driven solutions to help drive MongoDB’s growth as a product and as a company. You will take on complex data-related problems using very diverse data sets.
Eligibility:
- Be in the process of receiving a Master’s degree in Human Resources, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication skills
Skills:
- Enjoy wrangling huge amounts of data and exploring new data sets
- Love working with ambiguity and problem solving
- Present fresh and innovative solutions by thinking out of the box
- Looking for ways on how processes can be optimized
- Enjoy working with individuals across multiple countries and regions (& time zones)
