Introduction:

Haqdarshak Empowerment Solution Private Limited is on a mission to bridge the information and access gap between citizens and social protection programs, both government and private, using technology and a network of field agents known as ‘Haqdarshaks.’ We are currently partnering with various organizations and government offices to design and implement programs that benefit Indian citizens. With a presence in over 26 states, we’ve already unlocked benefits worth over INR 5,000 crore for more than 30 lakh Indian citizens. Our digital portals, including apps in 11 vernacular languages, provide information on government schemes, and we are working to scale our latest offerings, ‘Yojana Cards’ and ‘Yojana Kendras,’ with the aim to impact 10 million Indians by 2030.

As a part of the partnership team, you will play a crucial role in achieving this ambitious goal. From day one, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and make a significant impact. Your responsibilities will include generating a sales pipeline, creating and presenting proposals to clients, acting as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams and partners, and more.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate a sales pipeline by leveraging personal and professional networks.
  • Create and present compelling proposals to clients to secure contracts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and guiding them in making informed decisions about our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and existing partners to identify opportunities for project renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Develop domain-specific pitches.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sectors, organizations, and functions that could benefit from Haqdarshak’s services.
  • Represent Haqdarshak at events and conferences to expand our network and find potential partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other teams to plan and execute strategies aligned with our mission.
  • Conduct field visits to gain firsthand knowledge for client narratives.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with current and new corporate partners.

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience (0-1 year for Associate and minimum 2-3 years for Senior Associate) in client-facing sales, business development, or fundraising roles within the social impact sector.
  • Experience working with one of the following cohorts: Workers/MSMEs/Farmers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and outcome orientation.
  • Genuine interest in understanding government systems.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable working toward individual and business targets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with effective stakeholder management.
  • Willingness to embrace feedback and actively seek opportunities for growth.
  • Desire to develop negotiation skills and navigate complex situations.
  • Ability to multitask, take ownership of responsibilities, and think quickly on your feet.
  • Willingness to drive and execute revenue-based business models contributing to social impact.
