About the Organisation
Anthill Creations strives to make play accessible to all by building sustainable and innovative playscapes using upcycled materials such as scrap tyres and waste oil and cable drums. We believe in bringing back play to children by mobilizing communities, especially the disadvantaged in rural geographies. Started by a group of IIT alumni in 2015, we have built over 300 playscapes across the country, impacting more than 150,000 children. In the next 5 years, we want to impact 5 million children across India by building 10,000 playgrounds!

Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Business Development team and understand fundraising strategies.
- Be responsible for Grant applications.
- Have the opportunity to pick up passion projects that align with our vision and contribute to the business development team.
- Be responsible for volunteer management and coordinate with the different teams on a need basis.
Eligibility
- Have a basic understanding of the social sector or have a strong intention to learn about the space.
- Have good communication skills.
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Are motivated by the cause to make play accessible to all!
