Roles and Responsibilities
- Support Request on behalf of sales force i.e Amendments, Pricing sheets or quotes etc. for service requests.
- Support building training curriculum & Work Instructions.
- Interact with the sales team through chat or calls
- Provide email support.
- Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams”
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor Of Commerce,Bachelor Of Technology,Bachelor of Arts from any stream
Preferred skill:
- Exposure handling cases
- Good Communication- Verbal and Non Verbal skills
- Multi-Tasking
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Good Team Player
