Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Founder & CEO in projects, decision-making, and daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team across departments and locations.
  • Assist with HR, PR, Communications, and Investor Relations initiatives.
  • Manage knowledge and data for informed decision-making across functions.
  • Contribute to the CEO’s social media and PR presence.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new hires reporting to the CEO.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Organize calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Take minutes during meetings and represent the CEO when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year of experience or fresh out of management school, with a strong interest in startups and leadership roles.
  • Exposure to budgeting, business planning, and strategy.
  • Familiarity with Public Relations, Hiring, or Investor Relations, either through academic projects, internships, or volunteer work.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Prior entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
