About the Opportunity
The KPMG brand is a valuable asset to the organisation. The Marketing Compliance team helps protect the KPMG brand in India. The team works with business teams to make their marketing initiatives compliant with guidelines laid down by KPMG International. The Compliance team has an opening for a Sr. Analyst / Executive who will help achieve the team’s objectives around compliance-related matters as well as work on the marketing aspects of various initiatives.
Responsibilities Of The Role
- Reviewing and editing a variety of marketing collateral – whitepapers, thought leadership reports, articles, presentations, press releases, among others – from a brand and communication stand-point as well as ensuring that the content complies with the guidelines laid down by KPMG International
- Undertaking re-writing of the content, if required. Hence, it’s imperative that the candidate has a basic awareness of the business and macro-economic environment
- Interacting with peers in the sector units as well as with the design team. An understanding of design basics will be preferred, though not a pre-requisite.
Key Skills And Experience Required
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong soft skills like; interpersonal skills, team skills, communication skills.
- Basic understanding of business and macro-economics.
- Interest and ability to write and edit business copy.
- Ability to work under pressure – stringent deadlines, which may demand extended working hours.
- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
- Self-driven and should take onus of the projects.
- Graduate / post graduate degree in any field / Communications.
- 2-3 years of work experience in an editing or content writing role.
