Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Support the project team in managing key project meetings and locations.
- Calendar Management: Maintain the project team’s calendar, showcasing all key planned events.
- Meetings Management: Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to schedule and organize meetings or conference calls.
- Travel Management: Assist project team members in booking travel tickets.
- Workshop/Area Visit Plan: Help plan agendas for workshops/area visits, handling logistics of stay, food, and printing.
- Documentation: Record minutes of meetings, emphasizing key action points. Maintain the project database for easy access.
- Training Management: Support in setting up training sessions, sending invites, handling confirmations, and offering alternative dates. Provide pre-work and session materials.
- Tool Support and Administration: Offer administrative support on various internal/external tools used across EY offices.
- Data Processing and Administration: Capture, process, and administer business information.
Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong project coordination skills.
- Ability to work virtually, independently, and collaboratively in a team.

- Demonstrated experience in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and fair knowledge of MS Outlook.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate or postgraduate.
Ideally, You’ll Have:
- 1 to 4 years of experience, with at least a year of experience in a team environment handling virtual secretarial services.
- Good command over English (written & spoken).
