Position Summary:

Role:
As an Analyst in this role, you will collaborate with Global Process Owner (GPO) leadership and GPO process teams to:
- Manage key administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning and growth of the GPO-CoE organization.
- Contribute to strategic projects with technology partners, facilitating valuable business changes.
- Analyze and review critical performance metrics to enhance the efficiency of our change process.
- Play a pivotal role in onboarding new member firms to the S4 platform, coordinating across various time zones.
- Support project management activities as needed.
- Foster cross-functional alignment, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement by incorporating input from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement new business initiatives.
- Assist in documenting process team business requirements and processes globally.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support special initiatives when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional service experience.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is essential.
- Strong understanding of project management strategies, processes, and tools.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated success within the Deloitte network or comparable global organizations.
- Ability to elicit and analyze client needs, contributing to solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
