Brief Summary of the Role: Social Impact Leader

As a Social Impact Leader you will be responsible for the overall implementation and management of the social Programmes aiming towards creating a strong positive social impact, locally.

Mission of the Social Impact Leader

1/ Enlighten

  • Inform and share updates on CSR and social initiatives
  • Report on the overall program Impact
  • Communicate about the programmes internally and externally

2/ Connect

  • Build relationships with all key stakeholders – committee and leadership, partner NGOs, implementing organizations,etc
  • Promote employee engagement
  • Work with multiple team to execute programmes
  • Connect different stakeholders for efficiency and effectiveness

3/ Empower

  • Coach various network to deliver the desired outcomes
  • Share and promote best practices
  • Engage my teammates in decision making processes

4/ Manage

  • Develop and execute CSR and Social projects
  • Monitor Projects (through onsite visits & reports) to ensure achievement of desired outcomes
  • Conduct periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
  • Manage and monitor the program budget and CSR spend in accordance with the action plan and CSR regulation.
  • Ensure compliance with the CSR policy and process
  • Do the necessary documentation

Key Requirements

  • Educational degree in Social Work
  • Prior experience of minimum 5 years in a similar role
  • Written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams
  • Organizational and project management skills
