Role Overview:

Looking for an Associate proficient in working with implementation partners (NGOs & social enterprises), experienced in need identification, program concept creation and delivering end to end execution of projects (preferably healthcare programs). They should have knowledge on monitoring, evaluation & reporting of the projects.

Responsibilities:

  1.  Work on end to end program management – Strategy design, implementation and program monitoring for projects related to public health.
  2. Preparing customized proposals per the requirement of the corporates/grant giving agencies
  3. Conduct prospect research to identify, cultivate and solicit new project implementation partners
  4. Invite and provide evidence-based feedback in a timely and constructive manner.
  5. Independently manage external stakeholder conversations with corporates as well as implementation partners
  6. Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements.
  7. Work on based data and analysis for program management and insights.
  8. Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
  9. Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in written form.
  10. Seek opportunities to learn about other cultures and other parts of the business across the service lines of Samhita.
  11. Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct
  12. Support the interns and volunteers for field research, survey and developing information on Samhita Verticals.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  1. 1/2+ years of experience of having worked in the development sector
  2. Experience in, not limited to, child welfare, environment-related program implementation, operations and/or management
  3. Ability to structure projects/engagements for the team
  4. Strong Interpersonal and presentation skills
  5. Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes.
  6. Demonstrated success of developing and evaluating program models and NGOs, and selecting and operationalizing programs.
  7. Experience in healthcare policy making/ conceptualizing & implementing healthcare programs will be preferred
  8. Experience of engaging with International clients and working in onsite-offshore environment
  9. Ability to contribute beyond the defined scope of work
  10. Demonstrated experience of contributing in firm and knowledge building
  11. Candidate with medical and business degrees are encouraged to apply as well

Work Location:

  • Remote / preferably based out of Delhi.
  • Candidate will be expected to relocate to Mumbai, at their own costs, once the office opens up.
