About the Opportunity
Sattva Consulting is looking to hire an Associate Consultant for the Foundations team.
In this role, they will work directly with Government officials, to conduct rigorous research, data analysis, report writing and strategy design. They will also be responsible to conceptualize and create knowledge products, curate meaningful ecosystem engagement in the philanthropic and corporate ecosystems, and work to support the policy advocacy and ecosystem engagement work of leading Foundations with government institutions.
- Location: Gurgaon/ Bangalore/ Mumbai (Travel to Telangana is expected during the project tenure)
- Joining: Immediate/ As soon as possible
Requirement:
We are looking for individuals who align with our mission and meet the following requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting or policy research and advisory roles in social enterprises, consulting firms or global foundations
- Has working proficiency in Telugu (Non-negotiable) and can read, write and converse in the language fluently
- Willing to conduct primary research and travel across the state of Telangana
- Master’s degree in economics, social work, development or management studies will be preferred
- Strong writing and reporting expertise demonstrated through white papers, and research reports
- Prior experience in a client facing role and stakeholder management, with exposure to government stakeholders
- Expertise in policy research, analysis and communications in India
- Experience in knowledge synthesis and insights generation (preparing strategy decks, white papers, toolkits, case studies, ecosystem landscaping)
- Exceptional problem-solving and advisory skills, along with strong presentation and analytical abilities
- Agility and adaptability to deliver quality work in short timelines
- Ability to organize own work and manage own time with minimal supervision
