Job Summary:
Responsible for executing and supervising activities in accordance with the project’s quality and safety plan, following method statements to ensure timely completion, optimal resource utilization, and client satisfaction. This role involves ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with systems. Effective management of customers and stakeholders at the section level, along with team management to achieve project objectives, is a crucial part of this position.
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieving committed progress through efficient utilization of allocated resources (timely completion, resource optimization, quality assurance, and accident prevention).
- Estimating quantities and promptly communicating material and resource requirements.
- Minimizing wastage and adhering to acceptable approved limits.
- Managing a workforce and agencies, ensuring smooth construction activities within company policies.
Key Deliverables:
- Ensuring a project with zero injuries and accidents.
- Achieving committed productivity targets for manpower and key resources.
- Ensuring products meet quality control limits and specifications in line with project/customer objectives.
- Timely project completion and achievement of committed profit margins.
- Leadership skills to guide workmen and agencies for seamless work execution.
- Prompt certification of joint field measurements from the client and preparation of vendor bills.
