Responsibilities
Some of the key activities that through which the support the Sales Managers are as below.
- Coordinating with Onboarding Team in getting various documents (KYC, Loan docs, A/c opening docs, Field Audit Reports or FARs) from prospects who are spread across the country. MIS preparation and tracking the life cycle of referrals from Anchors to their onboarding
- Analysing the financials of the spokes, liaising with the prospect clients to obtain various credit related information and then preparing the draft BCAs.
- CDD, Account opening, limit loading of NTBs. After onboarding, sending welcome mails to all NTBs, activating S2B, ensuring S2B training through IMO
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
- MBA from Tier 3 or below institutes/Full or part CA/Commerce background
- Proficient in reading financial statements of firms
- Proficient in English, Hindi and/or any other local language
