Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be tasked with resolving complex customer queries and demonstrating proficient problem-solving abilities in various scenarios. Your responsibilities include:
- Solving routine problems primarily through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Interacting within the candidate team and reporting to direct supervisors.
