About the Opportunity

The Data-specialist will be responsible supporting Analytics team by engaging into exporting raw information, processing data, and detailed analysis. The individual will also be responsible for developing interactive dashboard that help draw facts and trend bases insights. You need to make sure to capture information from various data-sources to make precise decisions.

The role holder will need good communication and stakeholder management skills and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.  

The role requires excellent organisation and ability to prioritise effectively to deliver in line with leadership expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 

The individual should be a self-starter, someone who can work with minimal supervision, manage own workload, work effectively as part of a team, problem solve and provide support to colleagues and management as and when required which may include allocation of work, reporting and training/ presentation.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Collecting data and statistics from various information sources like including SuccessFactors, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, developments, and other internal or external platforms.
  • Converting data into concrete recommendations for the short and long term goals, milestones and benchmarks for key metrics.
  • Preparing, presenting, and explaining reports to senior (HR) management and other stakeholders.
  • Translating data to the business and vice versa and thinking/ providing solutions according to the business requirements.
  • Ensuring that the reports and the dashboards are clearly displayed in Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint or any other existing or new tool.
  • You should be able to filter out important issues based on facts/ data sets and translate them into solutions.
  • You are expected to draw HR insights from your data HR processes related to absenteeism. personnel planning, pensions, insurance, personnel overviews and collective labour agreement.
  • You would be monitoring the quality, efficiency and alignment of HR Data with the needs of the business.
  • Together with the team you help the business to work more data-driven.

Skills and Experience

  • Effective communication, ability to articulate in both written and verbal communication to a variety of stakeholders – including leadership, clients, and vendors in some cases.
  • Proven working knowledge of MS Excel based dashboards/ reporting, PowerBI, and PowerPoint dashboards integrations.
  • Knowledge of VBA and Macros development  will be added advantage.
  • Good IT skills and working knowledge to troubleshoot/ work with different IT systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and investigative nature to ensure all elements of delivery are taken care of and all data collected is accurate.
  • Analytical approach to work, good innovation, and continuous improvement 
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise own work, deliver to deadlines and thrive under pressure
  • Takes ownership of issues and sees them through to resolution

Eligibility:

  • Graduate with 3 to 5 years 
  • Postgraduate with 2 to 4 years
